There's a bus stop just 3-4 minutes away, with buses to Jongno, Wangsimni, Hanyang University, Guui-dong, Jamsil, Songpa, Samsung, and the airport. The subway stations (Seongsu, Ttukseom, and Seoul Forest) are a 15-minute walk away, but you can also take buses (#2224, #2413, #2412, and #2016). If you enjoy cycling, Songpa and Jamsil are a 20-minute bike ride away (faster than the subway or bus). In the spring and fall, you can have a barbecue party on the rooftop. The basement is a party room/studio space, but if there are no reservations, you can use it with the manager's permission.
