If you open the curtains on the guest room window, you can feel the fresh Jeju air. It is a spacious house remodeled in May 2022 with a neat interior and a spacious one-room apartment. It is a pretty house with a pretty view of the Jeju sea beyond the window. The water purifier and bidet are maintained and the filters are replaced monthly. You can use them with confidence as they are hygienically managed. 🗓Minimum stay: 6 nights Lee Sang-man reservation it's possible . 🐾 Pet Restrictions: No pets allowed 💳 Utility bill settlement method and general management expenses: Basic management fee: 2,000 won per night (water bill, TV, Wi-Fi, bidet, water purifier management fee) 60,000 won for 29 nights Check-in / Check-out city Each Heating , Electricity , Metering after Settlement after check out . Electricity bills (air conditioning or heating) are calculated based on individual meter usage. Public electricity charges (including hot water) are calculated on a 1/N basis because they are metered separately. The management fee of 60,000 won per month (20,000 won per night) includes water bills, internet Wi-Fi, TV, water purifier, bidet care costs, and cleaning fees. CCTV entrance door password key system/ample sized refrigerator/built-in washing machine/drying rack available (dryer X) *Due to the nature of Jeju Island, bugs and pests may appear. If you are sensitive to this, please take note when making a reservation. * There is no additional charge for accommodation for up to 3 people. However, if you wish to set up additional bedding for more than 2 people, an additional charge of 50,000 won will be incurred.
