Within a 1-minute walk, there is a GS convenience store, a 24-hour Jayuro Mart, and a Daiso. E-Mart is also a 5-minute drive away. This is a home full of relaxation, located near Anygol, the Food Street, Bamgasi Village, and KINTEX. *Dogs are allowed. Cats are not allowed. There is an additional fee for dogs. Our home is an eco-friendly house located in the heart of the city. It is a place where the scent of acacia is wonderfully fragrant in the spring, the rustling of fallen leaves is romantic in the autumn, and it is a home nestled at the foot of a mountain where the sounds of birds and cicadas are heartwarming. Nearby, you can enjoy brunch at Sogaeul Bakery, The Brown, and Forest Outings. Anygol, Ilsan's famous food street, is located within 1km, and within 500m are Bamnidan-gil, a charming cafe street, as well as the Jayuro Mart Jungsan Branch (open 24 hours a day, year-round) and E-Mart. Dongguk University Hospital and Ilsan Cancer Center are nearby. Angok Wetland Park is a 5-minute drive away, Jeongbalsan Park is also a 5-minute drive away, and Ilsan Lake Park and KINTEX are a 15-minute drive away. My house is located at the foot of a mountain, so the air is fresh and cool. However, because it's a natural setting, it's dark outside and bright inside at night. Bugs can sneak in through the cracks in the large living room window. Please make sure to lock the large living room window at night (you can leave it open during the day).
