Please request temperature adjustments. 🛋️ The kitchen is open 24 hours a day, so please feel free to use it. ♻️ The recycling area is located on the stairs leading to the rooftop. 🤙 Please Observe the Rules 🫶 1️⃣ Please be mindful of noise during quiet hours (10 PM – 6 AM). 2️⃣ Please refrain from using personal heaters inside the room. 3️⃣ Please keep the space and items clean and return used items to their proper places. 4️⃣ Outside shoes are not allowed inside. Please use slippers. 5️⃣ Please do not leave shoes in the entrance hall; please store them in the shoe rack. 6️⃣ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. 7️⃣ Entry to the Goshiwon is strictly restricted to residents only (pets, outsiders, etc.). 8️⃣ Please do not leave personal items out in the hallway. 9️⃣ Please use the clothes dryer on the 3rd-floor rooftop. 📝Items Needed Upon Move-in📝 1️⃣ Slippers, bedding, personal toiletries, etc. 2️⃣ Tableware – Separate shared tableware is not provided.

  • This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
