🏠 [Usage Guide and Rules of Residence] A Promise for a Safe and Pleasant Stay To ensure everyone's comfortable rest, our stay operates on the principle of monthly contracts and contactless move-in. Please familiarize yourself with the details below to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. 1. Check-in/Check-out Guide Contactless Move-in: Upon contract confirmation, we will send you an individual message with usage instructions, including the detailed location and password. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in at 3:00 PM / Check-out at 11:00 AM (Adjustable upon prior consultation) Identity Verification: Presenting an ID is mandatory when signing the move-in contract to verify your real name. (Contracts cannot be signed by those without a mobile phone) 2. Rules of Residence and Living (Reasons for Forced Eviction) Absolutely No Entry of Outsiders: Bringing visitors (acquaintances, family, etc.) other than the resident is prohibited, even for a brief moment. No Smoking or Drinking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Drinking and making noise that may cause discomfort to others are also forbidden. Noise Warning: Please be mindful of noise between floors and loud sounds late at night. (Please be quiet, especially when using the kitchen or laundry room after 10 PM.) No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the room. Bathroom Usage: The bathroom in this room is a private space used exclusively by only two people: you and the female guest in the adjacent room. Please do not flush toilet paper or food waste down the toilet and keep it clean. (You are responsible for any issues that may arise.) Facility Management: * Please be sure to check the power to the boiler, air conditioner, and electronic devices before leaving. (A surcharge of 100,000 KRW will be collected if caught leaving them on.) To prevent fires, the use of personal electric heating appliances (such as electric blankets) and personal dryers is prohibited. CCTV is recording, and separate waste collection and household waste must be disposed of individually. 3. Contract and Refund Policy Contract Unit: Payment must be made in full in advance on a monthly basis. The room rate for the following month is subject to change. (Non-transferable) Early Termination: If you move out early due to personal reasons or inability to adapt, any remaining room rate will not be refunded. Security Deposit: Returned within 3 days after the condition is verified upon move-out. (Cannot be used to replace room rates / Deducted for facility damage or poor cleaning) Right of Unauthorized Entry: Entry is permitted by the manager following prior notice in the event of a fire, disinfection, or safety inspection. Non-payment and Expiration: If room rates are overdue for 3 days or more, or if you reside in the room without permission after the contract expires, the manager may open the room. You are deemed to have agreed to the arbitrary disposal of your belongings and forced eviction. 4. Move-out Procedure (Must Read) Move-out Notification: You must notify the manager at least 10 days prior to your scheduled move-out date. (Deposit is non-refundable if not fulfilled) Extended Use: An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per day applies for pre-agreed additional use. Cleanliness Check: After collecting all personal belongings and completely clearing away trash, please send the photos below to the manager. At least one photo of the entire room interior At least one photo of the empty refrigerator interior The checkout process will be completed after the manager's final room inspection.
