About this place

Wall-mounted air conditioners are installed in the three bedrooms and kitchen, along with a floor-standing unit in the living room. A ceiling fan is also provided, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the summer. As this is a wooden house, warmth is well retained throughout the entire home if the doors are properly closed after the boiler is turned on. Although we have recently started operating this property as a rental, we previously operated as an Airbnb Superhost, building a strong standard for service and management.

Due to the nature of short-term rentals, amenities are not provided, so please be sure to prepare them yourself. A Brita water filter is provided. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and BBQ grills and fire pits may only be used on the first-floor deck or the lawn. Please exercise special caution to prevent fires. There will be no additional cleaning fee if you tidy up the room to a state similar to when you checked in (such as organizing used dishes and large trash).
