Eating foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, is not allowed indoors. The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fires. As the per-night utility rate is set low, charges for excessive electricity, gas, and water usage will be billed separately. Repair costs for any damage to facilities will be charged separately. Please use the recycling bins located in the yard for recycling. Since there is no cleaning fee, we kindly ask for thorough waste separation. If you change your door lock password, please be sure to inform us before check-out.
