It is close to the Marine Corps training camp, so it is convenient for enlistment and graduation ceremonies. @It is a detached house consisting of a living room, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a karaoke room. Most tourist attractions, including Pohang City, Jukdo Market, Homigot, and Guryongpo, can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes. The starting point (Cheongnim Stadium) of the Homi Peninsula Coastal Trail, a popular walking spot, is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. The nearest beach is Dogu Beach, less than 10 minutes away by car. There is an E-Mart within 5 minutes by car, and a convenience store and local market within 5 minutes on foot. CCTV is installed outside the property for crime prevention and guest protection. @Parking information Please park only one car in the front yard. For safety reasons, please park all other cars along the wall outside the alley on the main road. (You can park along the OCI company wall.) @There are two bathrooms, but if you're traveling with a large group, we recommend using the public bathhouse (4,000 won for adults) at the Cheonglim Cultural Welfare Center, a five-minute walk away.
