Women-Only Space This area is operated exclusively for women to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. 3. Management Fee Information The management fee is a flat rate of 70,000 KRW per person per month. Water, electricity, gas, and internet charges are included. 4. Usage Restrictions Smoking is prohibited in all areas, and pets are not allowed. 5. Use of Common Areas Please make a simple reservation via the shared KakaoTalk group chat to avoid overlapping usage times between residents for the living room and balcony. Please clean up and ventilate the area after use. 6. Private Space Designation Residents must use designated spaces for the mini-fridge, shoe rack, storage cabinets, and kitchen storage. 7. Use of Washing Machine and Dryer You may use them freely at times that do not disturb the daily lives and rest of other residents.
