There's a bus stop just 3-4 minutes away, with buses to Jongno, Wangsimni, Hanyang University, Guui-dong, Jamsil, Songpa, Samsung, and the airport. The subway stations (Seongsu, Ttukseom, and Seoul Forest) are a 15-minute walk away, but you can also take buses (#2224, #2413, #2412, and #2016). If you enjoy cycling, Songpa and Jamsil are a 20-minute bike ride away (faster than the subway or bus). With supermarkets, hospitals, traditional markets, restaurants, cafes, and pop-up stores nearby, living here is incredibly convenient. Ttukseom Hangang Park and Seoul Forest are nearby, perfect for a stroll. In the spring and fall, you can have a barbecue on the rooftop. There's a party room/studio in the basement. Meetings, special lectures, and social activities are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On days when there are no reservations, use is permitted with manager approval. The Han River promenade is just a minute away, so you can enjoy the scenery while running, walking, or riding a bike along the Han River.
