A convenient officetel with a great view near Yongsan Station.

I can say that it was one of our best place to stay in Seoul. Very clean and accommodating for travelers and easy to get around anywhere in Seoul within 20~30 minutes by subway or bus. This place is spacious compared to other places and friendly security guards at all times made us feel safer. Convenient Parking, Yong mun market/I Park mall nearby and view from the room was another huge plus in this busy area. Very responsive and accommodating host made this stay very pleasant and comfortable. I'd strongly recommend this place if you are looking for place to tour around Seoul. I will definitely come back here next time. Thank you^^

The host gave us great information and provided some items (toilet paper and some food waste bags) to help us get settled in. The entire place was clean and comfortable when we got there. The location is a 10 minute walk from the closest station, so it was super convenient. Convenience stores were close by as well. The front desk was super sweet and everyone we interacted with from the apartment was respectful. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

We loved staying here! It was really spacious unlike most places in Seoul so I was beyond surprised! Everything was very clean. I felt very safe in the building, everyone was very friendly. Theres always a guard in the building. The location is very convenient. I have never been to Yongsan before but I grew to love it! This appartment made me love seoul even more and I hope to stay here again!

The host was responsive, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was spotless and the peaceful, quiet setting was exactly what we needed after long days out. For the price, especially with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and comfortable setup for all four of us, the value was unbeatable.

We had a really lovely stay here! The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely view. Everything was convenient and well-organized, which made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The place was exactly what we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

The city view was so impressive~ The facilities were clean and basic necessities were well-equipped, so I was able to use everything comfortably~ I was worried about staying with my elementary school children, but the host was very accommodating and helpful, so we had a comfortable stay~ There's Yongsan Station and iPark Mall nearby, so we went back and forth often, and the bus stop was close by, making it convenient to get around Seoul^^
