The entire 1st and 2nd floors are available for use, and you can utilize the yard for a vegetable garden and tend to the flower beds. There is a well-maintained walking path along the Sudong Valley stream in front of the house, making it easy to access the Sudong-myeon town center on foot via the path. 5 minutes by car from Sudong IC 17 minutes from Maseok Station and Daeseongri Station 5-minute walk from the bus stop Sudong Middle School and Sudong Elementary School are located near the house.
