Please use all fixtures and facilities with care. *Electricity, Water, & Gas Usage Guidelines* It is mandatory to turn off heating, cooling, and electrical appliances when leaving the premises. This is an essential rule to prevent system overload and fire accidents while you are away. As fire accidents frequently occur due to excessive use of heating and cooling during the summer and winter seasons, please be sure to turn off the power when leaving. If utility bills exceed the average due to the use of heating, cooling, electricity, or water, the security deposit may not be refunded or additional charges may apply.
