1. Convenience Stores & Supermarkets (Grocery Shopping) Since the area directly in front of the accommodation is a quiet residential neighborhood, we recommend walking for simple items and using a car for grocery shopping. Convenience Stores (Approx. 5–8 minute walk) CU Jeju Bukchon Branch: Located about 350–400 meters from the accommodation on foot. You can walk along the village alleyway, and it is the most accessible convenience store. 7-Eleven Jeju Jocheon Uhoe-ro Branch: Located on the main road (Iljudong-ro), so it may take a little longer to get there on foot. Large Supermarkets (Approx. 10 minute drive) Jocheon Nonghyup Hanaro Mart Main Branch: Located within a 5-minute drive (approx. 2.5 km). It is the best place to shop for meat, sashimi, vegetables, and other items for barbecue or cooking, and it is quite large. (On the way to Hamdeok Beach) Within walking distance of the village, there are unique cafes such as Alma Coffee Workshop, So Much More, and Donglip. Ara Papa, a cafe right by the sea, is also a great place to just relax and zone out. There is a reservation-only dining restaurant called Haenyeo's Kitchen, and if you drive 10 minutes, you can find the famous Hamdeok Beach, Dongbok Haenyeo Restaurant (raw fish noodles, a restaurant frequented by Sung Si-kyung), London Bagel, Montan, and more. When you open the window, the day in Bukchon—not a tourist attraction—comes right in. From boats coming and going in the harbor, to the scent of the sea carried on the wind, and the pace of the village becoming quiet in the evening. The greatest advantage of this home is the "state where you do nothing." No schedule or destination is needed. The time spent at home becomes the journey itself. It does not show off like a newly built house. Instead, it offers a sense of stability that only a home with accumulated time can provide. An attitude that is not excessive even in front of the Jeju sea, and does not stand out within the village. That is why this is a place where the phrase "I had a good rest" suits you better than "Where did you go?"
