A simple 302 in the tranquil old downtown of Jeju

I had a comfortable stay in a clean and cozy space. It was very convenient to be within walking distance of major downtown tourist attractions such as Gwandukjeong Pavilion, Dongmun Market, Tapdong Street (including D&D Department, Gyul Medal, and Martro), and Sanjicheon Stream. It was also great that SoCar was available nearby for trips further away. Stylish cafes like Pal's Coffee and Coffee Dandan were also close by, making it a suitable accommodation for a workcation. The interior was neatly organized with only the essentials, and the excellent natural light made it a great place to sit on the sofa and relax on sunny days. Overall, I was satisfied with the location, atmosphere, and convenience, so I would recommend this accommodation if you are planning to stay in downtown Jeju.

This is my second time using this service since last year. I like it because it's clean and cheap.

I stayed here for about 60 days. It's easily accessible, and there are plenty of things to see and eat nearby. Best of all, it's quiet, but it's also close to the airport, making it convenient to get around. Parking is also convenient, as there's parking in the neighborhood. When I lived there, there was construction on the lower floor for about a month, so there was construction from morning to afternoon on weekdays, and sometimes even early on Saturdays, which was inconvenient. Regarding this, I contacted the host when I checked out, but they didn't respond to my requests and didn't take any action. The stairs were dusty due to the construction, and I woke up to the sound of construction in the morning. The house smelled awful unless the air conditioning was on, which was uncomfortable. I tried to take all of this into consideration, but due to this irresponsible host's behavior, I wouldn't want to visit this place again. I recommend considering all of these factors before making your choice.

I'm leaving after a good month~! The host gave me simple and good instructions, and the interior of the accommodation was modern and clean. It's right next to Gwandeokjeong, so I can feel the Jeju vibe every time I come out. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and E-Mart is also close, so it's good for shopping.

The facilities are good and clean, so it's a good place to stay, and there's a busy area nearby, so it's easy to eat or take a walk. And there are many buses to the airport, so it's easy to get there and back.

It was a good location for a one-month stay in Jeju. It's located in Jeju City, so you can go to all the tourist attractions in about an hour, and there are many good restaurants nearby. It was a 5-minute walk to Dongmun Market, so I was able to walk around places where parking is difficult. There is no separate parking lot for the accommodation, but I parked in the alley (it wasn't too inconvenient). The water pressure was a little weak, but the mattress was soft and nice! It was also nice that there were **, **, and ****. There's no view, but if you walk a little further, you'll reach Topdong Square, so it was nice to take a walk!!
