5 minutes drive from MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center. Which is located in Nimmanhaemin area, the best tourist center in Chiang Mai. There're public transport in that area for local price and free ride to the Chiang Mai University park. ⚠️Smoking (Including weed) NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the house, you can smoke at the smoking area outside of the house or balcony only. ⚠️Pets are NOT ALLOWED. If found, a PENALTY equals to 5000 THB will be charged. ⚠️The house is located in residential area please lower down your noise after 11.00pm. ✅Garbage collection is every alternate day around 7.30-8.00am. Please tie the garbage bag tightly and leave the bag in front of the house. ✅If you need apartment cleaning with a change or bed sheets and towels, you can order -1,200 THB/ 1 time. ✅Check-in: To facilitate check-in process, kindly prepare and send the pictures of your passport page and to us ( all of the guests) once you arrive in Thailand because we have to send to the immigration in 24 hrs. after you check in. Please be assured that this will be kept as a confidential document and will only be used for security reason as required by the Immigration Bureau. Thank you for your cooperation and kind understanding on this.
