A simple 304 in the tranquil old downtown of Jeju

I was very pleased that the host responded so quickly. Thanks to their kind explanations, I was able to adapt comfortably when moving in, and the interior of the house was so refined and clean that I felt good every time I stayed. Located in Jeju's original downtown area, convenience stores are just a minute away, and during the rental period I was able to explore many delicious restaurants and cafes, making it a really great place to live. Moreover, the airport bus is reachable in just 15 minutes, and thanks to transportation connections that link everywhere at once, getting around was convenient. It was a clean and safe space to rest, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.

The location, hygiene, host, etc. were all very satisfactory overall. I want to come and stay again in a different season. The reviews from people who have already stayed here were very helpful, so I will leave a few words. 1. Items Toilet paper - I bought 3 rolls of toilet paper during my week-long stay and had some left over (I spent about 4 days with a friend). The mart doesn't sell them individually, so I bought them at Daiso. Laundry detergent - There was only a little basic washing powder, but I don't know if it is provided or if the person before me left it. If you are staying long-term, it would be better to bring your own detergent or fabric softener. Dishcloth - I don't know if you don't cook or use dishes at all, but even if you eat cup ramen, you will have to wash dishes. It would be good to bring a dishcloth and throw it away after using it. (Kitchen detergent is provided.) There are 2 hair dryers. You have to bring your own amenities and towels. 2. Garbage disposal The days for recycling are set and are written in a booklet. It is indicated You need a prepaid transportation card to dispose of food waste (postpaid credit cards are not accepted). It would be good to take note of the points. 3. Parking I only rented for three days out of the week, but you can only park one car in front of the building, so if another car is already parked, it is difficult to park right in front of the building. Since it is near an elementary school, there are surveillance cameras everywhere for child protection zones, so you have to choose a good spot to park at the end of the neighborhood (the next door Mokgwana closes its parking lot after 6pm, and if you park before that, the manager will kick you out. Haha) 4. Restaurants Other people have told me about many places, and I really liked them! You can walk to the Gwandeokjeong area or Dongmun Market and go to the famous restaurants. Personally, I liked Yume (Tendon), Inggai (Dimsum), Palbok Mandu, Namyang Tongdak, etc., and the cafe called Palz right in front of the accommodation was really good. 5. Other Lighting - It felt a bit dark in the photo, but it wasn't too uncomfortable while staying and I got used to it quickly. However, the living room window doesn't have separate blinds, and if you open the blinds in the bedroom, the surrounding buildings are close, so you have to be careful about privacy. Hygiene - I didn't see a single bug while staying and the hot water and water pressure in the bathroom shower were perfect. Thanks to the good accommodation, I'm going to heal in Jeju. I hope the owner prospers for a long time and everyone else lives happily in Jeju.

A real review after living here for about a month!!⭐️ While looking for accommodations to live in Jeju for a month, which was on my bucket list, I was so captivated by this place that was beautifully decorated like a cafe that I made a reservation!👍 When I actually saw it, it was full of cafe vibes, which was just my style>< The bed was also super soft, so I always slept really well, just like at home!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋThere's a big TV, you can watch Netflix and YouTube, and the sofa is soft and comfortable! There's a convenience store, E-mart, and a police station nearby. There are many famous restaurants such as Woojin Haejangguk, Mifeng Haejangguk, Songrim Restaurant, Palbok Mandu, Inggai, Iltongiban, Crazy Kitchen, and Shinhaebaragi Bunsik. There were also many places to visit, such as Gwandeokjeong, Chilseong-ro, and Dongmun Market, so it was even better!! You can take a bus from Gwandeokjeong to anywhere, so transportation was really good!🙌 You could park two cars in front of the building, and if there's no space, you can park on the street nearby or at Gwandeokjeong West Public Parking Lot (charged on weekdays from 9-6) Weekdays from 7 PM to 9 AM, no charge on weekends!! There are also many hospitals nearby if you're sickㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Dermatology, orthopedics, internal medicine, etc.!! You have to bring your own hygiene products like towels, toiletries, and detergents! I actually liked it because it was hygienic❣️ Jeju Island has a system called Clean House for garbage disposal! They even provide guidebooks inside the accommodation! In addition, it's very safe because it's completely secure with 3 passwords on the first floor entrance password and the door password!! I was so happy and comfortable during my one-month stay in Jeju Island thanks to this great accommodation!😘 I hope you all have a happy life in Jeju🩷

I'd like to share my honest review of my two-week stay in Jeju with a friend. First of all, the host is incredibly kind!! If you have any questions during your stay, she'll answer them quickly. ♥️ There are two rooms, one with a door, and Netflix and YouTube are all available! All the dishes are provided, and the water pressure is fantastic. I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and body wash through Coupang, and they arrived right away in the morning. The nearby Daiso also sells toilet paper individually! I also bought towels at Daiso and they worked great. :) Recycling, a convenience store, and a gym are all within a 3-5 minute walk! The location seems like a really cool neighborhood. Tapdong Beach is just a short walk away. It's like a promenade, so when I was bored, I rented a bike and went for a ride. ♥️ That "b" cafe, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos, is right in front. ♥️ Crazy Kitchen? This is another local favorite, and it's close by! I also had Woojin Haejangguk about 5 times (because it's close by). Dongmun Market is also close by, of course!!! If you're in your 20s or 30s, you can't miss out on a Jeju solo drinking bar. The famous Jayujiji 2 solo drinking bar is just a 2-3 minute walk from my accommodation, so I had a great time there with my friends. Also, if you like swimming, Yongdam Port is an 8-minute bike ride away. Be sure to check the high tide times before you go at night, because it's bright and crowded! We swam 10 out of 14 days, lol. It went by so quickly that I'm already planning another trip to Jeju. ㅠㅠ... I memorized the streets around my accommodation with my eyes closed. I'll definitely be back here again!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Pros 1. The location was great. Convenience stores, supermarkets, McDonald's, good restaurants, Dongmun Market, the airport, and the harbor were all close by. The elementary school was right next door, so I played soccer with my child every evening. There was also a library on the school grounds, so I could read books every day when I wasn't sightseeing. 2. It's hard to find a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room at this price. It was great value for money. 3. The host was friendly and responsive. There were a few issues I had during my stay, but they were quickly addressed. 4. The water pressure was good, and there were two hair dryers, ample kitchen utensils, and dishwashing detergent, so there were no issues. Cons 1. I knew about it, but parking was a bit inconvenient. If there's no parking right in front, it's nearly impossible to park in the alley. We used the public parking lot west of Gwandeokjeong Pavilion. It was free on weekdays from 6 PM to 7 PM and on weekends, so it was convenient. 2. There was some noise during the day due to construction going on during our stay. 3. There were no blinds on the living room window, so the TV would reflect during the day. 4. There were no scissors in the kitchen. The advantages 1-3 are so overwhelming that they more than offset all the disadvantages. I recommend it, even if it means enduring the parking inconvenience! I had a great time. Thank you.

The pictures were so pretty that I even doubted if it was all a lie, but guess what... It was so good The cozy atmosphere, spacious living room, two separate rooms, and beds were all as expected. The big bed had an electric blanket, and the TV had Netflix and YouTube, so it was comfortable! As I saw in the reviews, it was triple-locked + there was an elementary school and police station nearby, so I felt more secure, and the first floor front door had a lock that locked in 1 second as soon as it closed, which was even better! It was also great to see the sunset and sunrise at the nearby Tapdong Square, Eoyoung Village, and Seobudo Breakwater!! The coffee at Cafe Pals right near the accommodation was really delicious and the atmosphere was great, so I went there a lot. I recommend it to you all >_< The Sanjimul Sandwich near Sanjicheon was also really delicious..

I chose this accommodation for my second month-long stay in Jeju. This time, I rented a car, and parking was convenient, either in front of the building or in a nearby public parking lot. The accommodation was centrally located in Jeju City, allowing me to reach Geumneung Beach, Hamdeok Beach, and Jungmun Beach at roughly the same time. The accommodation was clean and convenient. The air conditioning, which also serves as a heater, worked well, and the hot water was plentiful, perfect for relieving the day's fatigue! I'll be back again after a great rest.
