The reason I chose this place was because I could see the ocean from the room, and I thought that waking up in the morning on a mountainside with fresher air would be better than on a humid beach. However, from the first day I arrived, this place gave me anticipation and excitement every day for a month. Every morning, I sat on the living room sofa and looked forward to what kind of sunrise I would see that day, and the view in front of the house while reading a book or eating on the terrace bench was an excitement that I never got tired of seeing every day. In addition, it was convenient to drive to the beautiful beaches on the east side of Jeju, and I especially enjoyed buying very fresh okdom, saury, tuna, and mackerel caught at the traditional 5-day market in Goseong and Pyoseon at a low price and cooking them deliciously. In particular, the owners also run a tangerine orchard, and from mid-November, they let me eat freshly picked tangerines for free every day, so I ate a lot of them, which was so delicious. The accommodation was well-heated, so when I turned on the boiler after going out, it got warm right away. However, Jeju's gas usage fee is said to be more expensive than the mainland, so if you are using it in the winter, please consider the heating cost. We paid the deposit of 200,000 won and paid the actual cost for the entire month's gas/electricity/water bill. I highly recommend this to those who want to take their time and have enough rest and meditation in a quiet environment rather than going around many tourist attractions. I am grateful to the owner couple who kindly welcomed me in a place that gave me such great memories.
