There is a convenience store within a 1-minute walk, and it is close to Bomun Station subway station and bus stop. Here are some photos of the remodeled interior. 1/28~2/8 -The above dates are subject to change. - You can see a clean kitchen, bathroom, living room 1 (with air conditioning/kitchen), and room 1 (with air conditioning/bedroom). -Because it is detachable, it is convenient because the living room and bedroom can be used separately. Additionally, the bathroom sink is wet and the shower room is dry, so it can be used cleanly. - The fee is 50,000 per day, including electricity and gas bills, excluding management fees, for a total of 60,0000 for 12 days. *The above price includes management fees (gas/water/electricity). A separate cleaning fee of 20,000 won is charged when you check out. - A bed, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, and induction cooktop are provided. (The photos are of the unit without any items. If you move in, we will provide the options mentioned above!) *1-minute walk to nearby convenience store/Near Seongbukcheon Stream/2-minute walk to Bomun Station/Near Seongshin Women's University Station with lots to do/Cooking allowed/Quiet because it's a residential area, and safe because there's a school nearby We'll do our best to ensure your comfortable stay during your 12-day stay.
