We provide Stand By Me, bed and mattress, blackout curtains, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, pots and pans, and an electric rice cooker (available upon request). Free Wi-Fi is also provided. We have hired a professional cleaning service to complete the air conditioner cleaning for the summer. The price includes all utilities. We clean and disinfect the bedding before move-in.
