Surroundings & additional info

Convenience stores are a 5–6 minute drive away, and large supermarkets are a 20-minute drive. There is a cafe/shop within a 1-minute walk (usually open only on weekends and expensive), but we recommend doing your grocery shopping before heading up the mountain. Please also bring drinking water. Eobi Valley is across the way. 5-minute drive: Entrances to Mt. Yumyeong, Mt. Yongmun, and Mt. Eobi; popular spots for paragliding, ATV, and ice climbing. It is a quiet, independent pension in the mountains with a beautiful garden. The view of Yongmunsan Mountain in the morning and evening from the second floor deck is really nice. It's a place with fresh air where you can enjoy the many stars in the night sky. It's a great place to enjoy a fire. In spring, you can see cherry blossoms blooming on the way up and at Seolmaejae, in summer, you can see Eobi Valley, in fall, you can see the beautiful autumn leaves and reed fields of Yumyeongsan and Yongmunsan, and in winter, you can see the ice wall of Eobi Valley. Above all, it's a great place to relax quietly. I also enjoy taking a walk around the quiet neighborhood. We provide charcoal barbecue once a week to guests visiting in January and February.
