— Convenient amenities such as convenience stores, Olive Young, McDonald's, unmanned laundromats, cafes, and hospitals are readily available. — Songpa 1-dong Community Service Center, Songpa Women's Cultural Center, and Songpa Police Station are all within a 5-minute walk. — Across the street is a small park (Saessak Park) equipped with a playground and fitness equipment, as well as the Songpa Tennis Court, providing an excellent environment for exercise. There are many famous tourist attractions nearby, including Lotte World, Lotte Tower, Seokchon Lake, and Songnidan-gil, so please be sure to visit and enjoy your time. In particular, I highly recommend visiting Seokchon Lake on foot (parking is extremely difficult during the festival) to create beautiful memories during the Cherry Blossom Festival. Hello. (It is more convenient to use as there are no stairs.) — Located in the city center, you can enjoy various entertainment and dining options right near the accommodation. — You can also walk to Seokchon Lake, famous for its cherry blossoms. — This accommodation accommodates up to 3 guests. Please note that additional charges may apply if facilities are damaged or severely contaminated upon check-out. — Parking is difficult within the building, so please use public transportation, nearby parking lots (main road public parking lots, Songpa Women's Center parking lot, Songpa-dong public parking lot, etc.), or the "Everyone's Parking" app. ※ As this is a short-term rental accommodation and not a lodging business, towels, bedding, and disposable items are not provided. (The bedding, props, and food in the photos are staged scenes.) Note> — Blackout curtains, air conditioner, air purifier, humidifier, dehumidifier, circulator, cooling pad, etc. are provided. — A heated drying rack is available, allowing for quick laundry drying even on rainy or cold days. — Although the installation of a washbasin was not possible due to the structure of the old house, a washbasin has been installed for the convenience of the guests. Please understand that water may flow approximately 10cm down to the drain on the floor.
