It is well-equipped with convenient facilities such as large supermarkets, convenience stores, and hospitals. There are restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. 1. It is a clean and pretty house that has recently been remodeled. 2. This is a fully furnished house with everything you need, including a bed, TV, sofa, kitchenware, coffee machine, air fryer, pressure cooker, washing machine & dryer. 3. It has two queen-size beds, so up to 4 people can stay comfortably. You can enjoy Netflix for free and movies on the large 4.86-inch TV. 5. This restaurant has a golden water view. You can enjoy the water view from the master bedroom, small bedroom, and living room. It's also perfect as a home cafe overlooking the waterway! 6. When indoors, please wear the provided slippers to prevent noise between floors (consideration for neighbors). 📍 Location and surrounding environment The accommodation is located an 8-10 minute walk from Janggi Station (Gimpo Gold Line). Nonstop travel is possible by intercity bus from Dangsan, Yeouido, and other locations. It's a two-minute walk from the complex's bus stop.
