It is close to Exit 10 of Sinseol-dong Station (Lines 1, 2, and the Ui-Sinseol Line). For those working in Jongno or Euljiro, a 10-minute commute is sufficient, and access to Gangnam is also convenient. It is particularly close to Cheongnyangni KTX Station, making it ideal for travel from the provinces. With numerous bus routes right in front of the complex, you can travel anywhere in Seoul as comfortably as if it were your own home. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Cheonggyecheon Stream, a large supermarket, and Naksan Park (featured in the drama *Cadehan*), making it a great place for a stroll. The high ceiling on the duplex floor creates a comfortable and personal space for me as a child. A sense of security like sitting in an attic after a cup of coffee.
