Jongno 3-ga Station (Subway Lines 1, 3, and 5) is located 3 minutes away from the building, and it is a 200-meter straight walk from Exit 4. Our home is located 3 minutes from Insadong. It is next door to the Ibis Hotel in Ikseon-dong. The officetel is situated at the entrance of the Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, a trendy hotspot these days. Therefore, it is very quiet and safe. Our unit is located on a high floor, offering spectacular views of the Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Mt. Inwang from the balcony. Jogyesa Temple is nearby, and Samcheong Park is close by. You can walk to Cheonggyecheon Stream, Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, and more. Our house is located at the entrance of the Ikseon-dong Hanok Village near Jongno 3-ga Station and Insa-dong. Since there is no traffic, there is no car noise, so you can live in a quiet and peaceful environment.
