Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM. Guest overnight stays are not permitted; visits are allowed only until 10 PM. The standard occupancy is 2 people. There is an elevator and parking lot, and subway and bus stops are nearby. Lotte World and Lotte Signiel are within walking distance, and the Han River, Seokchon Lake, and Jamsil Main Stadium are in the vicinity. Jamsil Saenae Station on Line 2 is right in front. Bus stops are also nearby. There are many parks within the apartment complex, and Lotte Mart and World Tower are within walking distance across the street. Jamsil Hangang Park is right there, making it great for walks, and Across the street is the Sincheon Food Street, where many popular restaurants are gathered.
