Located in a corner of Seongdong-gu's hot spots, it is right next to great restaurants and attractions, yet situated in a quiet residential area perfect for resting at night. Transportation is very convenient, with Ttukseom Station (Line 2) and Seoul Forest Station (Line 9) nearby, as well as bus stops close by. The Simmons Queen bed helps you rest your tired body comfortably during business trips or vacations in Seoul. If you bring a car for work, parking is available on the first floor of the building. However, please inform us in advance so we can confirm availability. Additionally, an additional fee of 50,000 KRW applies for a 6-night, 7-day stay. We apologize, but pets are not allowed. My home is small, but it has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a cozy, studio-like space optimized for 1–2 guests, located on the 4th floor of the building. You'll find basic kitchenware for light cooking (please note: no condiments are provided). The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Google TV for your entertainment. There’s also a washing machine available for your laundry needs during your stay. Stay cool in the hot summer with air conditioning, and warm in the winter thanks to Korea’s efficient floor heating system. A queen-sized bed by Simons offers a comfortable and restful sleep. I hope you'll find it a pleasant and relaxing place to stay! The location is also great—there are lots of popular spots, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Whether you want to explore the neighborhood or just chill, you’ll have plenty of options nearby. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Ttukseom Station (Line 2) and about 10 minutes on foot to Seoul Forest Station (Line 9). The beautiful Seoul Forest Park is also just a 10-minute walk away. You’ll find several bus stops within 5 to 10 minutes that connect you to many parts of the city. Getting around is super easy with convenient access to both the subway and buses—you can reach most places in Seoul without any hassle. There are also 2 or 3 convenience stores open 24/7 just a 2-minute walk from my home. Even though it’s close to many hot spots, my home is in a residential area, so it’s quiet and peaceful at night—perfect for resting. And of course, Korea is very safe, so walking around late at night or coming back home after dark is no problem at all. If you need to bring a car for work purposes, parking is available on the ground floor of the building. However, please let me know in advance so I can check availability for you. There is an additional parking fee of KRW 50,000 for a stay of 6 nights and 7 days. ***Not allowed Pets***
