- Move-in is conducted remotely. Please feel free to visit whenever you wish. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - As this is a short-term rental space, please bring your own bedding, or we will guide you on how to rent or purchase it (Coupang, online, Homeplus). - Queen-size bed, mattress, washer-dryer, 43-inch smart TV, induction cooktop (high-light), table, chairs, etc. were purchased and installed in January 2026 for the landlord's residence. - Wired Internet, WiFi, IPTV. YouTube and Netflix available (please bring your personal ID). [ Compliance Requests - Special Clauses ] - Loud shouting, parties, and noise-generating activities that may cause complaints are prohibited. - As this is a short-term rental, we agree not to register the business address or file a resident registration transfer. - Pets and indoor smoking are prohibited. Professional cleaning fees may be charged if smoking or bringing pets is confirmed. Cleaning fee: 250,000–300,000 KRW. In the event of violation, the contract may be terminated without a refund of rent, and the security deposit cannot be returned. If damages occur due to the violation, compensation for damages will be charged to the tenant.

  • This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
