How to use Move-in will be conducted remotely.😁 We will send you a move-in guide message upon contract confirmation. Our accommodation is based on double occupancy, and prior consultation is required for additional guests. As we are a short-term/long-term rental property, you must bring your own disposable items and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, soap, etc.). ❣️During your stay, please use the recycling and food waste disposal facilities located in the parking lot on the 1st basement level for trash and recycling. ❣️Separate compensation may be provided for property damage, breakage, or lost items caused by contamination found upon checkout, after determining liability. Loud shouting and noise between floors are strictly prohibited.🙏 ❣️Smoking and pets are prohibited at our accommodation. (Special cleaning and disinfection costs will be charged for damages caused by smoking and bringing pets.)
