The structure consists of three main buildings with 5 rooms of 14 pyeong on the 1st floor and 2 rooms of 14 pyeong on the 2nd floor; one building (Building 8) with 1 room of 30 pyeong and 1 room of 36 pyeong; Sarangchae (studio type) with 2 rooms of 12 pyeong; Byeolchae (detached house) with 1 room of 24 pyeong; and Anchae (duplex) with 1 room of 38 pyeong. We operate a total of 13 rooms.
