(Free parking for one vehicle, maximum 14 days; a monthly fee of 70,000 KRW applies from 15 days onwards) - Waste separation is mandatory upon check-out. (Food waste: B2 (2nd floor) / General waste and recycling: B5 floor) - You may be charged for damages in the event of contamination or damage to accommodation items. - Bringing pets and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited. (A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if caught.)
