The double-door structure ensures safety, and the unit is equipped with a high-performance TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, making it suitable for long-term stays. Even excluding the loft, the layout is significantly more spacious than a typical officetel, satisfying everyone from short-term stays to long-term residences.
