(Maximum 1 vehicle, prior consultation required; unit number sign is on the wall of the designated parking space.)

Transportation ✴️ It takes 10 minutes on foot to Gangnam-gu Office Station, 12 minutes to Samseongjungang Station, and 15 minutes to Seonjeongneung Station. There are also many buses passing by. ✴️ During nighttime hours (7 PM to 8 AM), you can use the public parking lot (Gangnam-gu Office) located within a 5-minute walk. (Please check the Gangnam-gu Office website.) Additional Information 💟 It is very close to COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Cheongdam, and Jamsil due to convenient transportation. 💟 Located in the middle of a quiet apartment complex, the surroundings are safe, making it very convenient for commuting to work, supermarkets (Osiri Food Market, CU convenience store), schools, and academies. 💟 Cheongdam Luxury Street and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Seonjeongneung are located within a 1.0km radius of the accommodation (30-minute round trip), so it is great to visit them on foot if you wear comfortable shoes. ⭕️ Move-in is conducted remotely. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. ⭕️ We will do our best to accommodate your schedule regarding check-in (15:00) and check-out (11:00) times, taking cleaning time into account, so please discuss this with us in advance. ⭕️ The bed size is Super Single (SS), and an additional SS-sized topper mattress is provided. (Occupancy: 1 person, Max: 2 people) ❌ Indoor parties (loud singing), indoor smoking (e-cigarettes, etc.), and pets are prohibited. We apologize for the inconvenience.
