(Due to the nature of short-term rentals, the security deposit is typically small, so these procedures are usually not required, and this applies to most short-term rentals.) - If you require the above documents or registrations, it is difficult to make a reservation. Please note that these cannot be processed even after booking. - Absolutely no smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes) - Pets are strictly prohibited - No guests other than the person who made the reservation are allowed to stay - Please be especially mindful of noise between 8 PM and 8 AM (you may be asked to leave if neighbors complain) - No open flames (candles, personal burners, etc.) and be sure to turn off the gas valve when going out - Do not flush items other than toilet paper down the toilet - Do not bring in strong-smelling food or objects - Dispose of general waste and food waste in the designated trash area on the 2nd floor (located outside the right exit after coming out of the elevator) using dedicated bags (available at convenience stores) - Recyclable waste must be separated into paper, plastic, glass, vinyl, etc., and disposed of in the trash area on the 2nd floor - Be careful not to overuse electricity, water, or gas (be sure to turn them off when not in use) - If someone asks about your identity, be sure to state that you are a student and a friend or colleague of Siwon (Host Name: Siwon) - If an outsider visits, do not answer and notify the host immediately - Internal appliances, furniture, etc. Please use with care to avoid damage. - Please ensure that trash or objects do not fall out of the window. - A fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are provided inside; please use them if necessary. - In accordance with Korean laws, amenities cannot be provided separately. Therefore, bedding, toilet paper, towels, toiletries, daily necessities and consumables, and cleaning and laundry services are not available. (Stores such as E-Mart Sinchon and Daiso are located within a 3-5 minute walk, so items can be easily obtained.)
