This is a pleasant, sunlit two-room accommodation located on a semi-basement floor. It is situated a 4-minute walk from Hanti Station and a 10-minute walk from Seolleung Station. The free shuttle bus stop for Gangnam Severance Hospital is also just a 4-minute walk away, making transportation convenient. With easy access to major areas such as the Daechi-dong academy district and COEX, it is suitable for travel, study, and business. The unit consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a super single bed, and a TV, while the other features a sofa bed and a desk, making it ideal for both relaxation and work/study. It can accommodate up to 5 people, although the sofa bed may feel a bit small for two adults.
