1. You can park in the front yard of the house. There is also a free neighborhood parking lot at the entrance to the neighborhood from the main road. 2. Our house is called Bukchon Sarang (北村舍廊). Please consider us as your Samchun family, friend, or senior's house during your rental period, and we would appreciate it if you could be considerate. It's a quiet Bukchon village. If you open the backyard door and windows, you'll find neighbors nearby (though they can't see each other). Please be quiet at night. 3. Heating is provided by an LPG gas boiler. When the gas level drops, a warning light illuminates on the master bedroom boiler. The boiler controls turn on and provide warmth even if the room temperature is raised by just 1 degree. 4. You can either use the volume-based garbage bags to dispose of your waste, or separate your recyclables (glass, plastic, paper, etc.) and dispose of them in the greenhouses on either side of the village entrance. Similarly, for food waste, please use the CU card in the sink drawer to place it in a small plastic bag, seal it, and dispose of it in the greenhouse. Thank you. 5. There are restaurants in Bukchon Port. Nearby, there's Ramen House, Arapapa Bakery Cafe, Alma, Kimbap House, and Dongrip. Take a stroll around Bukchon Port. Also, I recommend the Seoubong Olle Trail and the Hamdeok Beach Seoubong Trail, both of which offer beautiful sunset views. There are many delicious restaurants and attractions near Hamdeok Beach. (There's a cute new cafe in town.) 6. Once again, thank you and ask for your continued support. I would appreciate it if you would cherish and love this place as if it were your own home, as if it were your own possession. Bukchon Village is a quiet and peaceful place. 7. There is a convenience store on the left side of the village entrance (about 200 meters) where the road meets. It is open until 1:00 AM. 8. When going out, please make sure to lock the windows and use electrical appliances to prevent them from overheating. 9. Please close the windows when listening to music. I would appreciate it if you could take care of it like your own home. ^^ 1. The advantage of Bukchon Sarang is that you can see the backyard garden (secret garden) that is not visible from the outside from inside. 2. Just a minute's walk outside the main gate will take you to the Bukchon Port Lighthouse Beach. 3. Near the beach leading to Bukchon Port, you'll find "Yongmul" (fresh spring water). Be sure to savor the refreshing taste of Yongmul, deep within the rice paddies, in the summer. 4. Seoubong Trekking Course and Hamdeok Haeju Beach are the best courses in Jeju. 5. We recommend the coastal drive course from Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, Sehwa, Seongsan, and Seopji. 5. I recommend a good restaurant. ^^
