Iksan city center is a 10-minute drive away, allowing you to easily reach your desired destinations. Central Sports Park, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, etc. Geumma Mireuksa Temple Site is approximately a 20-minute drive away. It is quiet as most residents are single-person households. There is ample parking space.
