A week-long stay in a wooden house in the woods

We always take family trips around this time of year. We were planning to go to Sokcho, but this time we wanted the kids to take a break from media as well, so we looked for accommodations not far from Seoul but nestled in the mountains~~ From the moment I saw the first photo, I knew this was the place, so I contacted the host right away and came here. When we arrived, the accommodation was so much better than the photos the host had posted. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, there wasn't a single moment that wasn't wonderful, and we spent a happy week with the very kind host and Momo and Tsutsutsu (the kitties), Gurumi and Dodami (the puppies). We collected the phones and just let the kids loose (?), and they found things to play with on their own^^;; We came with water guns and played in the yard every single day, went to the restaurants the host recommended, went hiking, took walks, and I don't know how a week passed so quickly ㅠㅜ With a washing machine and dryer, we played without worrying about laundry, and the lettuce, salad, and sandwiches the host prepared for us in the morning were all so delicious~ The kids loved it so much that we said goodbye to Yangpyeong as we left ~^^ I wish we could go by season, but I don't think we'll be able to, but this is an accommodation we want to visit and stay at at least twice a year. I visited with my grandmother, mother, and aunt, and everyone was thrilled by the picturesque exterior as soon as we arrived ☺️ I was surprised to find the interior much more spacious and pleasant than what I saw in the photos. In particular, thanks to the sunlight streaming through the windows, the entire house felt warm and cozy. The bedroom was filled with a subtle cypress scent, and the bedding was soft and fluffy, making it perfect for a deep rest. The lawn in the yard was also well-maintained, making it great for a light stroll. The view was especially unobstructed, allowing us to admire the stunning scenery that changed moment by moment, whether the sun was rising or setting. The scenery is so beautiful that I wonder just how refreshing it will look in the lush green summer ◡̈⋆* Thanks to the kind welcome from the host, my whole family was able to rest comfortably and leave with memories full of happiness. I definitely want to visit again next time!

A week-long stay accommodation with my 10-month-old baby! The host was nearby for peace of mind and took great care of us, so we had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The space was spacious and clean, with a feel more like a home than a pension, and most necessary items were provided. A quiet rural private house accommodation that I want to keep to myself... I'd like to visit again when the weather gets cooler. ps. Great sunset restaurant, cute puppies and cats, colorful vegetable garden to see, and you can see the stars well at night!
