♥ Please contact us via chat for reservations of one week or more! ♥ Once the contract is confirmed, we will guide you on how to check in remotely via text message on the day of move-in. ♥ Free parking is available for reservations of 4 weeks or more (please inquire via chat for registration). ♥ If you need any items, we will review them and ship them quickly. ♥ Failure to separate waste or dispose of trash properly may result in a partial deduction from the security deposit. ♥ Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited! In case of violation, additional charges will apply for restoration costs and rent/management fees during the restoration period; signing the contract is considered an agreement to these terms. ♥ Compensation will be charged if the toilet becomes clogged by putting wet wipes or kitchen towels in it! ♥ All management fees are included in the monthly rent. We may charge additional fees if excessive management fees exceed the standard amount, so we would appreciate it if you would make sure to turn off the heating/cooling boiler gas when leaving the house.
