Transportation is convenient near Daenam Intersection. Excellent living infrastructure. It is located in a bustling area with abundant amenities, including supermarkets, convenience stores, hot spring saunas, and cafes and restaurants near Kyungsung University. It is close to Gwangalli Beach, and it is a fun and convenient neighborhood with many great restaurants right outside the house. This is a comfortable relaxation space featuring a warm beige tone. You can enjoy both work and leisure at the bar table. The shared space and the private space are separated.
