You can enjoy the sunset and the sea from the terrace jacuzzi bathtub. The area in front of the house is a squid fishing spot in the summer. Snorkeling is available. Convenient infrastructure is available as it is located in the city center near Jeju Airport, Jeju Port, and Dongmun Seafood Market, yet has a rustic seaside feel. Although it is in the city, the scenery is rural, and food delivery via Baemin is available.

BBQ is permitted in the yard, not on the balcony. BBQ parties are prohibited on the balcony terrace. A separate BBQ area is available. (Only cooked food is allowed on the terrace.) For overnight guests, the fee is 30,000 KRW per person per night. Bedding is provided. Drinking parties are prohibited after midnight. Please maintain silence. Fees will be charged for any contamination or damage to tableware or interior facilities. The sea is a haenyeo (female diver) farm, so collecting seafood is prohibited except for snorkeling (a fine of 3 million KRW will be imposed if caught by the police). If the toilet becomes clogged due to flushing toilet paper or food waste, you must call a professional to resolve the issue yourself. (Use Clean House.) This lease is for residential purposes, not for lodging business, and the lease period is 30 days or longer. Bedding, cleaning, towels, and maintenance services are not provided.
