Convenience store 1 minute walk, district library 3 minutes Relatively quiet, clean and convenient elevator. 3 minutes from Yeokchon Station. (Although there are 3 rooms, I use them occasionally, so guests can only use 2. I prefer to host a group of 3 or fewer male guests. However, it is possible if there is a female family member. Also, I would prefer foreign travelers.) The large room is approximately 8 pyeong, and the small room is approximately 4.5 pyeong. The large room has an attached bathroom! The bathroom in the living room is shared. The living room and kitchen combined are about 14 pyeong. The male host occasionally uses Room 1. (It is fine if foreign women use it, but since I am a male host, I would prefer male guests.)
