The Songaksan Mountain Trail and Olle Trail, considered among the most beautiful courses in Jeju, are right in front of your house. Every morning, you can enjoy running, cycling, or taking a walk while feeling the sea breeze, and the sea is just a 30-second walk away. Located on a 100-pyeong plot, the property is divided into two separate spaces: Angeori (Main House - 15 pyeong) and Bakgeori (Bonse - 7 pyeong). The space currently being reserved is the Angeori (Main House). Please contact us separately if you wish to rent the entire property. This space is a traditional Jeju house that has been meticulously remodeled with a vintage aesthetic. Situated right in front of Mt. Songak, which offers views of the Brothers Islands, you can enjoy walks, running, and cycling along the coastal road. The yard features a spacious deck, tables, and a fire pit. It is also close to Sagye Beach, famous for surfing, making it an excellent spot for water activities. We recommend using a rental car; parking is available in the yard and on the main road. If using public transportation, take bus No. 151 or 152 from Jeju Airport and get off at the 'Unjin Port (Moseulpo)' stop. You can then take a taxi or local bus to 'Sangmori' and walk from there. To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed. Due to the nature of coastal housing, please be mindful of potential excessive maintenance costs, such as from heating usage during the winter. If the basic maintenance fee is exceeded due to excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
