The host couple runs a workshop, and the space is divided into two separate units, ensuring exclusive use of the entrance and all facilities within the accommodation. ◾ A washing machine with a drying function and a hair dryer are provided. All kitchenware is prepared. ◾ A computer has been installed instead of a TV. You can watch YouTube or Netflix via your personal account. ◾ Heating costs in Jeju are higher than on the mainland, so the cost of heating can sometimes outweigh the cost of the accommodation itself. Our accommodation operates at a reasonable price that includes heating, electricity, and all other utilities. ◾ Since this is our first time listing on Live Anywhere, there are no reviews yet. Checking the operating schedule on the Jeju Bus Information app is the most accurate method. ◾Located in Josu-ri on the west side of Jeju, this is a small village that is quite trendy. Pretty and famous cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores are scattered throughout the area within walking distance. ◾Unlike other duplexes, the ceiling is high, allowing for comfortable use. The upper level is fully equipped with a bedroom, living room, and heating/cooling, ensuring no inconvenience. ◾Heating is provided by wall-mounted heaters, radiators, and electric blankets. In Jeju farmhouses prone to drafts, this heating system consumes more electricity than floor heating, but it is the warmest option available.^^ You do not need to worry about the floor being cold. It features solid wood flooring and carpeting, and the indoor temperature is warm by default, so you do not need to worry about the cold. (No extra charge for electricity) ◾Due to the nature of the stairs leading to the upper level, this is not recommended for the elderly or very young children. ◾The toilet and shower room are separated by a curtain. Although the shower space is somewhat small, it was newly constructed and is clean. A heater is installed in the shower room as well, keeping it warm and ensuring good water pressure. ^^ ◾ The garden in the last photo is not attached to the accommodation, but belongs to the host's other workshop located directly across the street. You are free to use it, but barbecues and bonfires are not permitted. ◾ This building, formerly an old tangerine warehouse, was remodeled and operated as a cafe before recently being reborn as an accommodation and workshop. It has become a very unique and atmospheric space. While we paid great attention to the interior design, we are also making every effort to maintain cleanliness. You do not need to worry about cleanliness just because it is an old building. ^^ And it is warm and cool! ◾ If electricity and gas costs exceed 50,000 KRW per week, additional charges may apply. It is fine to ventilate briefly, but if you leave windows or doors open constantly while the air conditioner or heating is running, excessive charges may occur, resulting in additional fees. However, aside from these situations, there are no instances of exceeding the limit during normal usage. Fortunately, we have never charged any extra fees, even in the middle of winter, while everyone stays sufficiently warm. ^^ ◾ We are always striving to be thorough with disease prevention measures. However, due to the nature of the countryside, there are limitations to completely blocking out insects from the outside. That said, the number of incidents where guests encountered insects over the past year was so small that you could count them on one hand, so you do not need to worry too much. Quickly closing the front door is one of the best ways to prevent insects from entering. Please enjoy a comfortable and happy rest, even if only for a short while, in the quiet and beautiful village of Josu-ri!
