It is a quiet neighborhood located a 5-minute drive from Jeju Airport, but not classified as a noise mitigation zone. It is situated close to Yeon-dong. Its proximity to Yeon-dong provides easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and hospitals. A supermarket, convenience store, and Daiso are within a 5-minute walk. Underfloor heating is not available. Temperatures are controlled by individual heating and cooling units in each room, and electric mattress pads are provided on the beds. Hot water is supplied by an oil boiler at no extra charge.
