Parties are prohibited in this densely populated residential area as noise may cause complaints. 📍 Location and Surrounding Environment The house is located 15 minutes from Gurye Station by KTX (Seoul (Yongsan) > Gurye Station), 5 minutes from the terminal by intercity bus (Nambu Terminal > Gurye), and 270km from Seoul by car. There are no convenience stores nearby. There is a 7-Eleven a 3-minute drive in the direction of Hwaeomsa Temple. There is a traditional market, including Hanaro Mart, within a 5-minute drive from the town center. 🥬 The Gurye 5-day market is on the 3rd and 8th. Restaurants and tourist attractions are located nearby and within walking distance. It is the best place to enjoy the sights. It is a detached house with a small yard where flowers bloom and wither with the seasons, and there is a separate shared kitchen connecting the main house and the annex, making it great for relaxing. You can see the entire yard view from the living room.
