Featuring cozy double rooms, twin rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room, the clean and minimalist interior ensures a comfortable stay from the very first day. With the Gaeunsan Mountain walking trail right in front, it is perfect for morning walks or evening jogs. Both Korea University and Sungshin Women's University are nearby. As the local bus terminal is located right in front of the building, you can reach Gireum Station (Line 4) and Korea University Station (Line 6) in about 15 minutes.

Located in Jongam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, the building is situated right in front of the local bus terminal, allowing for convenient travel without worrying about finding a seat. It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Gireum Station (Line 4) and Korea University Station (Line 6). Korea University, Sungshin Women's University, and Korea University Anam Hospital are all located nearby. With a supermarket and convenience store within a 5-minute walk of the building, daily life is convenient. This is a quiet residential complex close to nature. The Gaeunsan Mountain walking trail is located right in front, making it a great place to take walks in the fresh air. Although it is on the second floor, the stairs are shallow and few in number, making it easy to go up and down. It receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day and has excellent ventilation. We have installed filters on the washbasin, shower, and kitchen sink. We conduct pest control by SECOM once a month, and recently completed a full air conditioner filter replacement and sterilization by a professional company!
