If there are any complaints from neighboring households, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. ✔️ Since this is a ground floor accommodation, people may pass by outside the windows. We recommend keeping the windows closed. ✔️ Please do not wear slippers or shoes when going between indoors and outdoors. ✔️ Pets are not allowed. ✔️ All areas within the accommodation are non-smoking. If caught using electronic cigarettes, a fine of 300,000 won will be imposed. ✔️ Additional charges will apply if the bed or bedding is stained. ✔️ Please avoid eating meat and fish with strong odors/smokes, and foods with a lot of oil splashes. ✔️ Any damage to the facilities within the accommodation will be charged. ✔️ If you are staying for more than 2 days and 1 night, please make sure to clean and organize the bed sheets yourself as cleaning staff cannot come in during the stay. ✔️ Free parking is available only when there are no other vehicles parked near the building.
