(For one-month stays, parking is free after completing the vehicle registration process.) - There is a convenience store and a coin laundry on the 1st floor of the building, and a supermarket is a 1-minute walk away! ❌ Do not flush food waste down the toilet ❌ - If the toilet is clogged, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit before it is returned. ❌ No pets or smoking (including e-cigarettes) allowed - A special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged upon detection. - This is a very quiet and peaceful place. Please be mindful of noise to ensure a comfortable stay. - Washing dishes, tidying up trash, and sorting recyclables are mandatory upon check-out! - Please take care of the facilities as if they were your own home to prevent damage.^^ - Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and electricity when going out or vacating.
