It is an honor to welcome you to Suwon Luna House. Move-in is conducted remotely, and the entrance door password will be provided on the morning of your arrival. As this is not a lodging establishment, you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, recycling, and disposing of trash yourself during your short-term rental period. ✔ Usage Hours Usage Hours: Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon consultation if there are no reservations before or after your arrival, or if cleaning is completed early. ✔ Door Lock To open the door, touch the pad and enter the 4-digit password* (e.g., 0000*). The password will be announced one hour prior to your arrival on the day of arrival. You may change the password after arrival, but you must change it back to the password provided initially after use. Please note that if you change the password without permission and check out without notifying us of the new password, making it impossible for the next guest to enter, you will be charged the full cost of door lock repairs. ✔ Option Details 1. Air Conditioner / Fan / Tableware and Cutlery Set (Based on 5 people) 2. Wi-Fi – The password is written on the router. ✔ Laundry 24-Hour Self-Service Laundromat - 1F, 36 Yeonmu-ro 42beon-gil, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si - 1-minute walk ✔ Cleaning / Recycling As we are not an accommodation establishment, we do not provide cleaning services, replacement of supplies, or room service. Please separate and dispose of general waste, recyclables, and food waste at the recycling area on the 1st floor of the building. Go out to the 1st floor, and you will see the recycling area near the pillar on the left (food waste bin). (Located in a corner of the 1st-floor parking lot) ✔ Cleaning Kit We will provide one general waste bag (20L) and one food waste bag (10L). After this point, the tenant must make purchases directly. ✔ Important Notes During Use 1. The tenant is responsible for any contamination, damage, breakage, or loss of facilities during their stay, and compensation for damages may be claimed. 2. Repair costs will be charged if toilets or drains become clogged due to items such as wet wipes. 3. Please turn off all heating and cooling systems when leaving the premises. Please refrain from using heating or cooling with the windows open. Excessive management fees will be charged. ✔ Compliance with Special Terms (Short-term Rental Special Terms) 1. Keeping pets and smoking are prohibited. 2. The tenant agrees not to register their business address or transfer their residency to the resident registration system. 3. The tenant agrees not to violate the requirement to maintain the space in the condition prior to entry, nor to litter or leave items unattended. Violation of the above special terms may result in contract termination without a refund of usage fees, and the security deposit will not be returned. Furthermore, if damages occur due to a violation of these special terms, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant.
